I was looking for a quick supper tonight, so I cut up all the veg quite small and added it to a saucepan with my dry noodles and boiled everything for about 5mins whilst I was microwaving my fish (lazy I know!)
I then finished it off with a sweet chilli sauce and it was delicious.
