I started a short photography course this week. It is entitled ‘Go Manual’ so I’m hoping by the end that I will have left the auto and preset scene modes and be in the realms of manual mode (probably not manual focus though!).
This week we’ve been learning about focus recompose, which was a technique I had previously tried to achieve (without knowing what it was) as I didn’t always want the subject in focus to be in the centre of an image. Now I know how to do this properly I’ve been practising.
These are some lamb’s lettuce leaves I’m growing, which are meant to be quite a hardy winter salad leaf.
