Cormorants (Week 44)

My Dad and I were walking Alfie, our dog, along the beach at Sheringham when we spotted these Cormorants all perched on the groyne. As we watched it appeared that they were waiting for another bird (their partner maybe?) to return from sea and they would ‘swap’ and the perched one would fly off to sea. It was very interesting to watch.
